SOLID CAST IRON CONSTRUCTION: The cast iron bowl gives this heavy-duty fire pit a solid, sturdy feel and a rugged, rustic appearance that adds character to outdoor spaces. The cast iron is oxidized to create a contemporary rustic finish designed to complement outdoor decor for years to come. Because the finish develops when metal is exposed to water and oxygen, its color may continue to change over time. Keep the fire pit covered when not in use to help limit color changes.
STABLE BASE & EASY HANDLING: Three 10" slanted legs provide a sturdy, level base, while built-in side handles make it easier to reposition the wood-burning outdoor fire pit around the patio, yard, or campsite. The cast iron handles become hot during use, so always wear heat-resistant gloves and move the round fire pit only after the fire is completely out and the pit has fully cooled.
ASSEMBLES IN TEN MINUTES: Attach the three legs and side handles with the included hardware for a straightforward setup that takes roughly 10 minutes, with minimal tools and no special skills required. Place the large fire pit for outside wood burning on stone, brick, gravel, or a fire-safe pad to help shield decks, patios, and porches from heat. A compatible cooking grate (not included) can be added for cooking. Do not cook directly on the oxidized cast iron bowl.
MAINTAIN THE RUSTIC FINISH: Simple care helps maintain the outdoor wood fire pit's appearance and condition over time. Remove ash after each fire, allow the pit to cool completely, and clean the bowl before covering. Because the bowl has no drainage holes, empty any rainwater using the built-in handles to help keep the cast iron dry and reduce the risk of rust. Store in a dry location and cover when not in use.
