This toaster is a major upgrade from the last one I had - it's so easy to clean out crumbs and get the perfect toast on bread or a bagel. It's also beautiful so I like keeping it on the counter and saving storage space in my cabinets. Will definitely be adding more items from the Nordic collection to my kitchen!!

Beautiful and easy to clean!

I bought the kettle and toaster approximately 2-3 years ago. Love the look but thought the toaster was a bit flimsy when I first tried it out. Now the lever will not stay down!  Not impressed!

Poor quality. Doesn't last!

Nice looking products BUT kettle switch will not stay on, toaster (2slice) burns one edge of bread, does not touch the opposite side

Looks good - lousy performance

Toaster is pretty (we love the kettle and had to get matching toaster). However it quickly turned into a dud. Smoked and burnt often. Our smoke detector was constantly going off. We cleaned it often to assist. However recently a bigger (safety) issue arose. It no longer turns off! The toasted bread will pop and bread will be removed but the toaster stays on! The coils don't automatically turn off anymore and stay continuous even after the bread is removed. We have to say goodbye now as this is a major risk.
