I bought this product yesterday and immediately make it for lunch. The directions were easy to follow. The soup was delicious. The ingredients were healthy and the broth wasn't too salty. It made a great lunch and kept me full for hours.

Review of ramen Szechuan tofu

It delivers a rich, spicy broth with well-seasoned stuff that holds up in the bowl. The ramen cooks to a nice textur,e and the Szechuan spices add a satisfying kick.

Bold & Flavourful

I had a good experience with their other products and wanted to see how this szechuan flavour would be. It was easy to cook straight from frozen though I would have added some water as the noodles took some time to loosen up which concentrated the broth. It is definitely spicy and gave a mild numbing sensation without being too much. I would be curious if a non spicy tofu alternative would be possible, like a braise so my nephews could try it too.

Spicy But In A Good Way

Very spicy to my palette but not unexpected for a Szechuan dish. Tofu is a good protein for a meatless meal. A bit surprised it's not packaged in its own bowl but in retrospect a win for the environment. A bit pricey but probably in line with restaurant ramen.

Delicious But Very Spicy And Pricey

The Crafty Frozen SzechuanTofu was pretty good for a frozen product. It was really nice to have this in the freezer when the craving for a restaurant style ramen hits. This flavour had a nice hit of heat but not too much and I like the fact that there was a tofu version for the protein.

good for lunch

Lots of great flavour to this soup! If you don't like spicy I wouldn't recommend as it has a lovely Szechuan kick to it. Does take a little longer to heat thanx your traditional frozen meal but worth the wait!

Nice Szechuan kick!

All good ingredients except for the flour. I wish they didn't use enriched. I purchased it for my adult child. She said it was pretty good. She also added some protein to make it a complete meal.

I Wish There Was No Enriched Flour

Creative Szechuan tofu dish, but the flavours just weren't my cup of tea. I'm glad I tired it, though, and others who enjoy extra bold spice might like it.

Bold flavours

Bought it by trying at the store. Somehow it didn't taste as it tasted in the store. Taking it out from the plastic is a hassle unless you don't mind heating in the plastic. 9$ + for one serving packet is just too much for ramen when you can buy a normal ramen or buldak for a little more than a dollar.
