[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put Cerakote Tire Coat on my truck tires and drove in very dusty conditions.  The tires did not collect dust like previous other brands that I have used that slung the product away and collected dust.  I rinsed them off with plain water and they looked freshly coated again.  I am really impressed with the Cerakote products that I have used.  This is a new tire product that I will be using from now on.

I've used the typical tire shine products [ Amoral %26 spray cans, wipe on but Cerakote is the best so far.. spray the liquid onto a 'palm foam pad'.. simply wipe tire or chosen surface. It's a " no sling" dry formula . Suggested: wait 2 hours before exposure to water.

The ability to use the included sponge is a game changer!!  It was so incredibly simple to apply and didn't need a ton either, so this bottle will last!  

With no overspray my tires had a full even coat on the entire surface. I drove within 10 minutes of applying and ZERO spray onto the sides of my car.

I have reconditioned a lot of headlights and I tried some of the other brands - mostly because they were a little cheaper but you get what you pay for.  Cerakote is definitely the best - I like their process much better and the results are absolutely the best.

Cerakote is still the best headlight restorer.

I bought this to use on my ‘24 Mazda CX-50. Other brands would end up “throwing” the tire shine liquid onto the car, no matter if I sprayed, wiped, and let sit overnight. 

With this tire coat, I followed the easy instructions - apply with included applicator, wipe excess with a cloth (I used microfiber) and let set for at least 2 hours. I did just that, and guess what? NO THROWING. It stayed where it should, on the tires.

Cerakote  tire shine

This is another fantastic product from Carekote!!  I have purchased almost every product in their lineup and have been happy with everything they develop. It looks like most of the bad reviews are from people that don't follow the instructions or want shiny tires.  I think shiny tires looks bad on cars. This gives you a nice clean look without looking funny! I Buff the tires with a Microfiber towel, which I think buffing smoothies out the appearance.  All Carekote products are fantastic, if you scan the QR code on the box.  It's not rocket science!

Follow the simple instructions!

Top notch custom products like this usually require a lot of skill and are tricky to use.  Not so with Cerakote.  It took just a few minutes to apply, and it was so easy.  The results were amazing:  tires that were black, glossy, and had never looked this good!

An awesome product!

This tire treatment is now my favorite.  After cleaning the tires, and you should always clean them well before applying any treatment, you just spray this on the included applicator, and give the tire a good wipe on coating.  The fake tire "shine" products don't last and make tires look too shiny, rubber tires are not meant to be mirror shiny.  This makes the tires look new. Slight gloss, but not shiny and fake.  My experience is this will last a full month , with the tires looking great.  After that, clean and re apply.  The first use may take a bit more product if your tires are dry, old, and haven't been treated, but after that it doesn't require much.  One bottle will last many applications.

Fantastic product !

This tire dressing is fantastic and delivers a beautiful satin sheen. It is a clear improvement over their first version. The consistency is slightly thinner, which makes it much easier to apply. I also appreciate the upgraded sprayer. The old ones were frustrating but this new design works much better. That said, I still wish they would package it in the industry standard 16 fl oz size instead of 12.

Overall, this dressing really impressed me. I have been using CarPro Darkside on my truck and love the finish after a day or so, but I do not like the glossy look it has at first. This product looks great right away and darkens nicely after a day, giving the tires a bold and clean appearance.

I am not sure if it is solvent based, but it definitely seems just as durable as those that are. Big fan of CERAKOTE. Another excellent product I highly recommend.

Amazing tire dressing!

I liked the way it looks (natural tire look) and stays on the tire for a good length of time, however if it gets on your  painted wheels as  I have, it's rather difficult to remove

Tire Application

The consistency of the product was poor. It did not make my tires look dressed at all. The spray bottle did not work at all. Very poor product; don't buy this.
