I purchased this suitcase and used it once,on doing so the wheels fell off and the inner lining ripped,it was not the airlines fault as I collected tge suitcase intact and it fell off a while after,I contacted the company about a refund and they are trying to tell me it's the airlines fault and will not refund me,DO N9T BUY THIS ITEM!! It is very cheaply made.
