My cats really like it.  Would be nice if the directions were a little more clear, helpful.

Tip top tree for cats and kittens

It's worth the money

This really is a good value cat tree for the money. It's large and fairly heavy with a nice mix of play surfaces. Our cat loves it and spends most of her time playing or napping on it.

The downside: It's no fun to assemble. The instructions are just diagrams and it took forever. There's really no right way to do it, because the instructions recommend one method, your instincts tell you another, and the reality is a mix of the two. Basically, I assembled one column from the bottom up and the other column from the top down.

The other downside is that it is not as stable as one would really like. When she hits the top level, the whole tree rocks a bit. The base either needs to be heavier or larger. She hasn't taken it out yet, but she's only 8 pounds. A larger cat likely could knock the whole thing down.

Bottom line: Good value for your money, but consider some structural reinforcements if you're concerned it could fall over.

The directions were somethugn to be desired but the product is perfect. Especially for the price. Here's a hint for assembly,  start from top then go down

The product came without crucial part to install it like screws and a holes in the correct parts. In addition there were pretty much no installation instructions.

Wouldn't Recommend

HORRIBLE PRODUCT !! JUNK.  Nothing they sent was what it was supposed to be. Spent 2 hours trying to put this together and it is impossible to do. Now we have to deal with returning it.  DO NOT BUY!

AVOID!!  JUNK!!

I wish there was a 0 star because no instructions came with it and I'm having issues finding them.  Don't waist your money it's not worth it.
