Glitter Shedding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Disguise Women's Ariel Deluxe Adult Costume is a delightful choice for fans of Disney's The Little Mermaid. The design is true to Ariel's iconic look, with the mermaid-style gown and accessories like the hair flower bow and shell necklace adding the perfect finishing touches. It's ideal for costume parties, themed events, or Halloween.

Pros:
Authentic Design: The gown beautifully captures Ariel's signature look, making it instantly recognizable.
Accessories Included: The matching hair flower and necklace complete the ensemble without the need for additional purchases.
Comfortable Fit: The fabric is lightweight and breathable, ensuring you can wear it for extended periods.
Cons:
Material Quality: While the costume looks great, the material feels a bit thin and delicate. Handle with care to avoid damage.
Sizing Issues: Some reviews mention that the fit can be inconsistent. It's worth double-checking the size chart and considering sizing up.

Overall: This costume delivers on its promise to t

Disguise, Inc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This costume is so adorable! It fits pretty true to size and the fabric has lots of give so it's pretty forgiving. But can we discuss just how cute this is! It has Velcro to attach the back so it's easy to put on and off. So far it seems like it's pretty well made as well, so I cannot wait to wear it for Halloween!

Make this costume a part of your world!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great costume, nicely designed to fit most body types. I like that it stretches and is pretty comfortable. My only complaint is that the glitter on the skirt becomes loose and will transfer.

Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the chance to dress up as The Little Mermaid for Halloween this year, and while the costume was a size medium, I'm a bit more on the curvy side, so getting it on was initially a bit of a challenge. Thankfully, the stretchy, expandable material worked with my shape, and after a little adjusting, it fit pretty comfortably.

The quality was about what you'd expect from Spirit Halloween costumes—not the best, but definitely manageable for a fun night out. I did notice the fabric sat a little awkwardly at my waist from the back, likely because I carry more weight in my hips, but overall, it wasn't too noticeable. I topped it off with a wig, which gave the outfit an extra touch and made it look like I put a lot of effort into it (even though it was super easy)! All in all, a cute, simple costume that worked with just a few adjustments!

Simple costume that easy to work with

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this costume, and it fits true to size. The fabric feels durable, and the green fabric is stretchy, so you will be comfortable walking and dancing the night away looking for your very own Eric.

Perfect Ariel Costume

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the prettiest Ariel costume ever. I love the fact that it has such pretty glitter. It also fits perfect but is a little loose which is comfortable and the fabric is not itchy so pretty and good quality

It's good quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit was not very good for my body . The size runs small for adults. The design is very cute and simple good for moms of toddlers. It's fairly comfortable and room good for walking. I don't think it will last more than 1 season but for dress up it would be pretty decent

I would probably not purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beware: Lots of glitter on this costume!

walmart.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked as a quick costume. It wasn't the most flattering nor was it super comfortable but Halloween costumes rarely are. Parts of it were itchy. I'm not sure if this will hold up for another year or two to wear again.

Got the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This costume is beautiful but I found it runs small, more like the size 8 end of the medium range. Sadly, I have to rate this three stars because it arrived with the seam torn at the “fishtail” part of the costume and a partially unattached piece of Velcro in back. I can fix this myself but some wouldn't want to bother with it. Overall, this is aesthetically a lovely Ariel costume. I especially like the sequin details, but the quality is lacking.

Pretty, if it arrives properly stitched!
