Bought this daybed/trundle for the grandkids. Designated a room for them. They enjoy reading time, game time and even sleeping. Easy to follow instructions. Put together quick with 2 ppl.  Can be done alone using a chair to help hold up one side while working on the other. Comfortable bed. Would recommend

very simple to assemble. the lower bed is only off the floor by height of wheels which may be 2 inches, I do wish it had some sort of lift ability, but it is a very nice looking bed. The assembly includes plastic pieces to connect the bars which may or may not hold up.  Overall I am happy with the purchase.

Nice item

This is a beautiful, well made bed! I was so impressed with the instructions and the hardware layout. They made it so easy to assemble. Unfortunately, I ended up returning the bed because it was much too large for the room (measuring mistake on my part). Processing the return was very easy, and it was picked up the next day. I would definitely  recommend purchasing this bed.

Sturdy, and well made

I ordered the full top and twin trundle. All the parts are intimidating at first,but take your time and lay the pieces out, read each direction section first. I did it alone but would work better with two. I love the separate trundle. Rolled it to adjacent room. Slides easily under bed. One together very sturdy and great design. My family that flew in for the holidays loved it!

Day ned

The instructions were easy to follow, parts well labeled and organized, tools provided to put everything together.  We have it put together and are researching mattresses now.  It appears to be very solid and strong, built to last.

Well made, good instructions

He bed is really nice my 3 y/o loves it she calls it her castle bed; the assembly was easy it took a good amount of time though, the only thing I was disappointed about is it's an off white not pure white.

Very satisfied

This item is heavy. The manufacturer uses a weak box and poor tape that makes the product easy to destroy the box. FedEx is a terrible shipper that will drop off the destroyed box and run once you open the door. Now, the good news is this item is extremely durable. It arrived with a few scratches  that my kitchen sponge wiped away and once I got it past step 4 in assembly (steps 2 and 3 require 2 people), I finished it in an hour!

Good product, poor shipping

Item was reasonably priced but upon receiving the item, the packaging was badly damaged as well as the product itself and had to return it.
The return process was fairly easy and I received my credit within a reasonable timeframe.

Nice product but poorly packaged and item damaged.

Purchased items and came in timely manor. There were 11 needed pieces missing about my purchase. Round about trying to get missing pieces due to the way Walmart receipt are given. Bed a little rickety. Reinforced rails with plywood and will see how it goes.

It provided for my need

I am very disapointed I live in Chatham, La  I order this bed for my daughter  she live in Moreno Valley,Ca They delivery the bed yesterday the box was torn up so they told her they would take it back and may sure it was ok. And bring it mback today. My daughter saw the truck aroung 6; this evening and when she got to the door they were gone they didn't leave the bed. They lied. the rating is 0000

what are you going to about it I am very mad
