Lots of umbrellas bit the dust in Boston this year. I did lose one Totes in one of Boston's "wind tunnel" storms, but replaced it with the same product. I don't travel light, so I appreciate this umbrella's light weight, automatic open/close and general sturdiness.

I trust Totes umbrellas to stand up to the wind in Boston.

This umbrella is of higher quality than any I've owned before. It's also the perfect size to carry around when traveling or just going about your day.

I love the way it's easy to open and close when it's raining especially getting in and out of my truck.

Does the job it is meant to do. Nice and compact when closed but good size/protection when open.

its an ordinary umbrella that can open and close with the touch of a button. it really small which is great to fit into a men's back pocket or a women's purse. even a babu bag! but with its small size if you're a large person it won't cover you well in the rain.

This Toes umbrella is large enough to cover me when it rains. It was a breeze to open which was so nice. Closing it was another story. I wasn't able to close it and needed my son to close it. Since it doesn't open fully if not closed fully, I needed my son each time it was used. It by itself was a lovely umbrella. Normally I just throw on a ball cap when it rains. So it was nice using this when we actually had hard rains and I was able to stay dry!

Works well but needs help

Was a good and stylish umbrella...until the black rubber/soft plastic of the handle started to decompose and become sticky, as rubbers/soft-plastics sometimes do. Tried various solvents...nothing really made it better. Sad.
