Great flavor just to drink as a regular tea, but ladies -- I especially drink it if I am having any discomfort like cramps and it truly seems to help!

Look at the instructions on the box, throw those out, because the company's stockholders are trying to harm you you to make more sales, so they make more money. Look it up. Many women made themselves ill following those instructions. Treat this tea like medicine. Don't mess around with it, respect it. Personally I wouldn't drink this more than once a month.

Take 1 teabag, make one or two cups with it. Drink at the start of your period. Day before or day it starts, no later or it's not as effective in my experience. No pain. No discomfort. For the entire length of your period. Repeat next month. I think even if your reproductive system hates you, this'll help you out in some way. 

It's a mild, soothing flavor. It is not strong unless you steep it forever and a day. Drink hot to warm. It's disgusting cold. 16 months of chill comfort for $6-7? Can't beat that. Wish someone had told me about this stuff sooner.

This actually helps get rid of or prevent period cramps. Also seems to help with making period lighter. Start drinking it few days before you expect period.

My 11 year old has started to drink tea at least three times a day now. This raspberry leaf is her absolute favorite. She even takes it to school with her. I bought her a little mug to carry with her. Great benefits as well as taste.

Flavorful, great raspberry leaf scent.

Raspberry Leaf tea has been in my menstrual toolkit. It helps stimulate your flow and "clean" you, shortening your cycle time. This tea has an herbal flavor, but can be bitter if you steep it too long, but a touch of agave or honey really help. Excellent product!

Best Weapon for Aunt Flow!

I drank this tea daily through three pregnancies, and although I cannot say it relieved my daily nausea or headaches, I had fantastically effective labors and deliveries. The idea that it tonifies the uterus rang true for me each time. The same is true for a dear friend who drank it through four pregnancies. I cannot recommend this tea more highly, and I give it to every pregnant person I know, no matter how far along in their pregnancy they are.

Previously drank red raspberry leaf, but no effect on my 3day bleed, just brought it back to a 28 day avg. Switched to this tea and my 3day bleed has increased to 4! I'm 36, been ttc for 7 months. Still ttc with pending fertility consultation, initial bloodwork was normal. Hoping if I keep drinking it, I'll get back up to the 5 day bleed of my younger self. For reference, I have a 24oz mug that I fill with 1 bag   sometimes 1 bag of green tea, twice a day. I'll use the bags twice. Yes,they last twice! I just refill and leave the mug in the microwave until I'm ready for the 2nd cup, I don't let the bags dry out. When done, I'll sit the bags by the sink to dry and add the leaves to my garden. Wish the boxes were bigger or cheaper, sometimes they're 3.50 at sprouts, but not all locations have it and you kind of have to hunt down their sales/current prices, so I just got them here for now.

Love this tea, that time of the month. Very helpful to relieve cramps.

The flavor or taste is best when combined with another tea. Really helps with cramps. I like using this rather than OTC NSAIDS.

This was a substitute item and disliked it.  Bland test which makes the value for the product very poor.
