The reinforced nonstick interior coating is the star of the Tramontina 10 in Stainless Steel with Nonstick Fry Pan. Exclusive technology to Tramontina, this durable coating features higher nonstick power, greater resistance to abrasions, and a longer life. The pan's special tri-ply base consists of a layer of aluminum between two layers of stainless steel, and distributes heat evenly, for quick and uniform cooking. A mirror-polished finish tops off the pan with a sleek look that pairs perfectly with any kitchen décor. Thinking seared scallops and stir-fried vegetables for one This is the pan for you!

Before using your cookware for the first time, hand-wash with warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly, then season by lightly rubbing cooking oil onto the interior surface and heating the cookware over medium heat for two to three minutes. When cool, hand-wash in warm, soapy water then rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not use nonstick aerosol cooking sprays in your cookware. We recommend using silicone, nylon, bamboo or wood utensils when cooking.Cook using low to medium heat only. Cookware with tri-ply base construction requires only low to medium heat to sauté, fry or cook most foods.Your cookware is oven-safe up to 450°F (232°C). Even though the handles are oven-safe, they will get hot in the oven and on the stovetop, particularly gas stoves where an open flame is used. Therefore, please use protective mitts to safely handle hot cookware. Avoid sudden temperature changes such as immersing hot cookware in cold water. Always let the cookware cool before washing.Cleaning and caring for your cookware: Interior Cleaning: The nonstick cooking surface on your cookware ensures easy cleanup with just soap and water. Should burnt grease or food residue collect on the surface, it can usually be removed with warm water and a mild detergent. For extreme cases, residue can be removed with a thorough cleaning using Soft Scrub®. Do not use abrasive cleansers, steel wool or coarse scouring pads. Your cookware is dishwasher-safe. However, we recommend hand-washing and drying to optimize the life, performance, and beauty of the interior and exterior finishes. Prolonged exposure to high heat settings may cause your pan to discolor. To recondition your pan or to remove stubborn spots or stains, use a nonabrasive pad and quality stainless steel cleanser such as Bar Keepers Friend®.

Handle Comfort

I like Tramontina pans--they're well made and durable. The tri-ply base makes sure there are no hot spots while you're cooking. I've found the 10-inch size for saute pans to be perfect to cook for one or two people and take up much less storage space.

High quality, great value

walmart.com

For this price the quality and build of this pan is solid. Non stick works at low temperatures. A little heavy but manageable. But to get more would probably pay two to three times more for a noticeable difference. Wirecutter's recc was legit.

Solid value for a non-stick pan.

We bought 3 different sizes of these pans since we are switching to induction. We first tried the top-rated brand, but the handles were awful, and the shape was awful too. We have been buying Tramontina cookware since 2013 and have had no complaints. These work wonderfully on an induction range. They heat evenly. The handles are really comfortable.

Excellent for Induction

I'm so thrilled to have a Tramontina non-stick fry pan that works on my induction cooktop. My other 12" Tramontana Pro skillet was a workhorse in my kitchen and I missed it dearly. This one works beautifully on an induction burner that is not the full 12" wide (e.g. the Thermador Liberty).

Induction ready non-stick 12" pan

tramontina.com

I'm impressed with the quality of the pan. It distributes heat very well, and I love non-stick coating and the handle that stays cool. I enjoy cooking with it

Tri-Ply Base 10

I do not cook a lot, but this is my go-to pan. I make a lot of omelets and they slip from the pan evenly cooked through. Clean up is a quick swipe with a paper towel and some sudsy water.

My go-to pan

I inherited this when my grandma passed away in 2018. A random pan that is so plain and looks like it's nothing special. The cooking surface was in perfect condition but I could tell it had been well-used because of the wear on the bottom. I don't know how long she had the pan, but I've had it since 2018 and it is 2026. The cooking surface is still in perfect condition. I have five kids and of course I cook daily. While I don't use it daily - it is pretty close. This is the best pan I have ever used. I don't know why it took me so long to look the pan up but here I am buying the other two sizes that I don't have. Thanks for making a great product.

Best pan

The handle is metal. It gets hot. I don't know why I didn't think it would, but I won't make that mistake twice. I also need to find a lid for it. Besides that, this pan is simply amazing. I have been in the kitchen for 35 years and I've never used a non-stick skillet this good. You only need to use the minimal amount of fat, cleanup is seriously the easiest thing ever and the heat distribution is really, really good. Heat retention isn't great, but that's not what this pan is for anyway. Highly recommend and I will be getting another and then a few more for my kids.

The best non-stick pan that I've ever owned.

Quality is great and it's a reasonably priced frying pan
