These are the best thing ever as being a gymnast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does help with my heel pain.   It is easy to walk in and it does fit snuggly. My only complaint would be it has no Velcro opening to go easily on and off.   You have to struggle to pull it on and off over entire foot.

The heel cup works great for my kids growing pains. The one slight issue is the way it's stitched together at the top of the foot. The piece is folded over an creates a bump that cause discomfort for my son. I uses a pair of scissors and cut it away. I'm sure it will shorten the life of the product, but it fixed the problem.

Does what it's supposed too

The Valco strap is hard to pull open, needs a clear part or a tape over the end to pull it off easier.

the product was sent to me in an open unsealed package saying large which I ordered and the item inside the package was an extra small. Very bad customer service quality control.
