iPhones case update / replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve dropped my former IPhone X countless times, never cracked w a uag case. After 8 years the case disintegrated and I bought a cheaper case , phone cracked on the first drop. 

I won’t make that mistake again. UAG on my new iPhone 17 pro max. So far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this case it protects my phone nicely, and the hinged stand in the back is really useful for holding onto your phone, propping your phone up, or attaching it to your magnetic phone holder in the car. I did have the hinge break after just over 1 month of use, but they were quick to replace it with no problems. Hopefully this hinge last longer cause I really do like this case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks and feels really good, but it’s completely insecure — just a slight touch on the corner is enough to take the case off. We contacted support about this issue, and they sent us a new one, but it behaves exactly the same way.

We’re not asking for a reimbursement only because my wife really likes how it looks, and because we’ve been your customers for almost 10 years, so you still have our trust.

However, because the case doesn’t properly protect the phone, we had to buy a screen protector and AppleCare for the first time, since we’re sure the case wouldn’t survive even a single drop on its corner.

I truly hope that your future cases will be as strong and protective as they used to be.

It looks and feels really

Do not purchase this product. I have UAG products on all my devices. I purse. I purchased this one and my phone literally fell about 2 feet and cracked my phone and Uag won't do nothing about it. All they offer was a replacement case. Why would I want a replacement that did this to my phone? my brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max.
