Sold by a third party who mistakenly put duties and processing fees on the package as they shipped from the US. They were unable to settle the duties and ultimately my option was to pay and get a gift card for the duties paid or wait for the product to go back and get refunded. I unfortunately had to take the second option as I was unable to pick up. Communication from the third part was very bad and took me multiple emails and phone calls to Walmart customer service to get them to reply and tell me the options

Third party shippers charging duties
