I'm on the border of a medium to large The Snug fit in medium is a little bit tight with no adjustments left . a large might be better if you're in between the 36 medium to 36 large

WHY WHITE?????   Why no option for black???????????????  Apart from the colour the it's a great hernia support brief....If the colour was black it would be a 5 star review.

WHY WHITE?   WHY NOT AN OPTION FOR BLACK?

Horrible wasn't a right fit even though we went by chart. So thick and heavy. Returned it waiting on refund. Very disappointed for what it cost
