Kind of bland, I have had better, but bought this one in a pinch.

Ugh. Terrible quality. Overly acidic and sharp, ruined the focaccia bread and quality olive oil. I did a comparison against two other brands and this one FAILS on every level, from smell to taste. If I could rate it less than one star, I would.
