VH Sauces are all great. Quality and flavours are consistent and enjoyed by my whole family. The Garlic Sauce is great for marinade and for an easy dinner just pour this sauce over pork chops or ribs in a baking dish.

VH Garlic Sauce

We use this one when we want a stronger flavour for our meat. We use it while frying but also marinade with it for even stronger flavoring. You can't go wrong with VH.

Strong Garlic Flavour

I LOVE this stuff!  When making the small ribs, boil in water with garlic and spices til tender, drain and add a bottle (or 2) of the VH Strong Garlic Sauce and coat your ribs, cook on medium til reduced and is glazed onto the outside of your ribs.  Oh my gosh, try it this way and you will see what you have been missing!! GREAT flavour, can taste the garlic and ohhh so delicious!! Just thinking about these makes me want to go and buy some ribs and make them again soon!!!

If you have t tried this, you are missing out!!

Perfect sauce to use in stir fries for chicken, pork and beef. The garlic taste really comes through. Adding rice or potatoes makes a great meal.

VH Chinese Strong Garlic Rib Cooking Sauce

I find this cooking sauce very versatile. I use it as a marinade for pork and beef as well as as a sauce for cooking stir fries.

I have used this sauce for years and haven't found another that even compares! Great taste and the price is pretty good. Sodium is high for those that have issues with that.
