Works in all transmissions. Nothing beats this transmission fluid as they have tested it in hundreds of cars. They are the OEM manufacturers of all transmission fluids so they can match the specifics needed for 99 percent of cars ever made. Transmission manufacturers will try to sell ULV and LV fluids to improve fuel economy but we need improved transmission life as a transmission wears. It has larger spaces which this fluid can help fill. It also has seal conditioners which improves shift quality by improving circuit pressures and reducing shift time. Computer controlled transmissions should be reset after two fluid swaps without dropping the filter. Once the filter is changed, the fuild will be replaced again. Process takes months to properly.

Best fluid for all makes

Don’t be swayed by recommendations for toyota WS OEM fluid - this helped my van shift smoother. It’s far better than keeping the original fluid which was dark black at 178 km and not likely changed by prior owners.

I’ve used this ATF for about a decade and a half, if not more. They’ve gradually been going into everything from the late 2000 vehicles, to the early 2020 year model vehicles as well. It’s also an amazing upgrade for the older automatic vehicles that take standard viscosity spec ATF (ATF+4, Dexron III, Mercon V).

I’ve used these in even the seemingly picky BMW 8 and 9-speed automatic ZF transmissions (Honda and Acura have some of these as well), and it works wonders. It’s cheaper than the factory OEM ATF, of course, so you do have to use the alternative ATF to your own discretion.

A lot of the vehicle makes are NOT partnered, nor do they have the same patent for the trans fluid; thus, you’re merely using a RECOMMENDED trans fluid that SHOULD be good for your particular vehicle.

Regardless, I personally haven’t had any negative issues on the countless year models, makes, and different transmissions I’ve used this ATF on. There are a few batches of containers during 2021-2024, that did have conflicting information labels, which got recalled. Most of the proper containers will have the BIG list of recommended vehicles and transmissions that this ATF can go into. Even if you get the recalled containers with the smaller list, it’s perfectly fine to use (just a labeling mistake)!

bmw and ram 8 speed compatible

Im very happy with this, great alternative to the expensive OEM tranny fluid for my Honda Odyssey amd Acura RDX. Used it for years with great results. Too bad the price has significantly increased in the last few years.

Great value and quality

I have been using this on my 2006 Honda odyssey for about 2000 km. I have drained and filled my transmission every 1000 km twice and have not had any problems with my 212,000 km transmission. I saved the old transmission fluid just in case the new fluid did not work out, but have not had any issues.

This fluid works with a lot of different cars, and it was perfect for mine. After using it, I noticed my transmission felt a lot smoother, with easy and clean gear changes.  

One thing to keep in mind: changing transmission fluid can be pretty messy, so unless you’re comfortable doing it yourself, I’d recommend having a mechanic take care of it. It’s worth it to make sure it’s done right without the mess.  

Since my car has high mileage, I really like that this product is made to protect and extend the life of older transmissions. The MaxLife formula seems to make a noticeable difference.  

Overall, I’m really happy with this product. It’s a great option at a fair price, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for reliable transmission fluid.

Smooth Performance, Great for High Mileage

The product is great. Price is great compared to competitors. Walmart's inventory system is pretty bad though. Said it would arrive the next day, called the store, said they wouldn't have any until the 17th. Went in on the 15th to get something else and they had restocked in store already.

Did Not support the CVT transmission in my jeep compass like it says it should. Instead I may have severely damaged my steel belts that transfer the torque to the wheels.
