This shake is generally used as one of 4 meals I have daily. High quality ingredients, high in protein, high nutritional density, and tastes great. My favourite is Coconut Almond, but Mocha and French Vanilla aren't too far behind. My usual mix is with organic oat milk, raspberries and spinach. Very filling, highly recommend!

A daily routine!

I absolutely love this stuff! I did A LOT of research on the benefits of different nutrition shakes before I decided on this one. It has a lot of great benefits and is less than expensive than other shakes. The French vanilla is so delicious too. I mix mine with unsweetened almond milk and ice for the perfect fill-me-up smoothie!!

So good!

I first tried Vega One over 15 years ago on my daughter's recommendation and have since seldom missed a day of drinking a shake. I do not eat enough fruit or veggies so count on Vega One to supplement my consumption. Vanilla Chai is my favourite flavour and I add powdered oat fibre, maca powder, psyllium powder, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon and ginger, to water in my shaker cup. Great way to begin every day, even while travelling. Can't imagine life without it.

Love Vega One

It is definitely more grainy on it's own mixed with water. I wouldn't complain if that was improved upon. But I have seen a lot of positives since I started drinking it every day. I use an immersion blender and add banana to it. It takes all the grittiness away. I really don't like the taste of stevia however I don't notice the weird taste that Stevia can give in this product. If I just mix with water I don't enjoy it as much as I do with cashew milk or with bananas or any other dense fruit like mango's or peaches...

Happy with the product

I have always been a Garden of Life girl but I've been using the Vega One chocolate shake mix for about a week and I like it. I use a nutribullet so i don't get the gainy texture that some reviewers are mentioning. All in all its a very good breakfast for me and I love that it is so nutrient dense.

Not too bad

Morning meal replacement for weight loss. The great things are the high levels of vitamins, minerals and all nutrients that allow me to use as a meal replacement. The thing I dont like is the mocha flavor, especially compared to the French vanilla flavor that I had last time.

Flavor swap

I drink shakes 1-3 times a day to keep up with my daily protein intake. I thought I was ordering Vega one organic/ which is my favorite so far. This product is not as great tasting but I'd buy again. Although, I wish it didn't have as much sodium per serving.

Vega One Chocolate

Thankfully, I see that they still have the old non organic, non great new taste French Vanilla available. I appreciate that the new version is organic, but I really do not like the taste. The old version was the best tasting shake on the market IMHO. Hopefully, they do indeed ship me the original flavor and not the new one. Vega, please re-think this flavor change!

Hate the new improved French Vanilla Flavor

Vega, I loved your products years ago the chocolate and vanilla were staples. I branched out and tried the mocha and tried the recipe on the top of the jar. Absolutely disgusting. The powder flavor is too strong. I'm really dissatisfied. Was excited to kickstart my morning but now I'm trying to figure out how to save this huge gross concoction and make something else for breakfast.

Do not use the recipe on the top of the jar!

Please! This new formula smells like soured milk, doesn't taste good, and is upsetting for my body. I have tried to find the old formula, but I can't get it anywhere. I counted on this shake for the past 2 years and for one with food allergies, it was SO wonderful to have a good tasting reliable shake to drink plain or add to fruit shakes. Please bring back the old formula.
