It has a sweet, nutty flavour and is the cooking medium choice in Indian cuisines. It can be used in place of butter when sauteing or browning. Ghee keeps for months without refrigeration as long as you don’t allow moisture to get in.

I will be the first one to give you a good review once you make the ghee quality better. Thank you!
