I have severe back problems. I needed a chair that I could roll around, seated on, in the kitchen.
I'm short, 5'6" and this chair has a generous height adjustment, up to about 27 inches.
So, leaning over the sink is no problem. The plastic seat is very slick and could
present a safety issue. I plan to find a suitable cushion and use those holes in the
seat to secure it to the chair.
They send an allen wrench, which is the only tool needed to assemble the chair. The one page instruction sheet shows only drawings (no text), but it is all that is needed to put the
chair together. Everything is fairly self-evident as to where the parts go.

I'm giving it 5 stars because I fit in the chair and my 6 year old loves the chair as well :) but the back isn't high enough for a adult to lean all the way back comfortably.

Not used enough for the long haul rating, and

Price and Performance

With back problems and back surgery, this is the only way I get around in the kitchen. It s very sturdy, I love the yellow color. This is my 2nd one, I had one for over 8 years. Used it everyday. I am looking forward to many more years using this one.

Very sturdy

We bought this chair in red for my husband to use in the garage. He built a work area where he can use wood working tools, like saw and drill, for smaller pieces of wood. The fact it has wheels was important so he can turn or slide short distances to reach for this and that. It's a simple design with no arms and a low back which is great also. It can also be wiped off easily and quickly, because it is not a fabric or upholstered chair. The appearance is sleek. He is loving it, so far.

This is a cheap desk chair but it's neat-o and comfortable to sit in. We have two others in other colors that have held up very well. My only beef with it is that if you try to pick it up to move it, sometimes the back will pop off. But otherwise it's great. The cylinder for moving up and down has held up. The chair is well designed ergonomically so that you can sit in it for a long homework session and not get a sore back or rear end.

good buy for the money

Don't let the small box it comes in fool you. It really does fit in that - in pieces of course. But it goes together quickly and easily - just look at the photos and follow the steps in order. Time will tell how it will hold up, but for now, it looks like it will last. Was purchased to use at a shop's check out counter. The seat is comfortable and although the back support is quite small, it just happens to "fit" the body where it is needed.

It is as advertised - perfect for my needs!

Perfect chair for my 5 year old's student desk. Very cute and stylish. Doesn't look like it would hold anyone heavier than 150 lbs but it states so in specifications. Great chair for the price. Easy to set up in less than 10 min.

Cute chair

I bought 3 of these in white as desk chairs for my kids 10, 17, & 18. Very pleased with look (clean/modern). They are stable & roll very easily while the wheeled base is not overly large (not much wider than seat base.) Though they are sturdy and I'm sure can handle the weight of a larger adult, I think the molded seat is best suited for a student or small adult.

Excellent student chair

The chair reminds me of the old wood chairs we used as operators of linotypes.
It is a no-nonsense chair and it is hard. Your wallet and keys in the back pocket would be uncomfortable. But it is what you need in small spaces and it is close to indestructable.
I like the chair. Will probably put one at my other house since the cats have torn up the upholstery on the good chair.

A really hard chair but also small

The instructions to put this chair together were very vague, it was quite easy to figure out though for the most part. There were just a few areas where it would've been nice to have actual instructions and not just pictures. It all went together smoothly except at the very end. I got the seat on and went to pick it up to move it to the area I wanted it and the seat came off. I played with it and played with it, but I still cannot get the seat on. So we have to be very careful when picking it up or trying to raise the seat without someone sitting on it. It would be much better if the seat actually locked into place as I have a 4 year old who likes to play with it when I turn my back for just a moment.
