I tried this cheese tonight with my usual Sardines, Tomatoes and dark rye ryvita... wow how lovely. Soft, creamy tasty..absolutely loved it, and of course vegan which is 100% better for you. 
I know "normal" tasting feta is crumbly , but I was out off when I heard it has baby lambs lining of their stomachs ( rennet) in it... yuk put me right off.
Try it , you will enjoy it.😊

I bought this to add to a pasta salad recipe that I normally use regular feta for. I was very pleasantly surprised how good it tasted. The texture is not crumbly like feta; it's soft and smooth due to the coconut oil, but it seemed to be fine in a pasta salad.

Would buy again

Let's face it, real feta cheese is difficult to come by (made from 100% goat or sheep's milk as opposed to bovine). When I saw this there would the added bonus that there wouldn't be any milk (even real feta I have to ration myself) so I thought I'd give it a try. Result? I'm going to try and have this in my fridge at all times. Terrific as a topping on my beet salad, pasts I've even used it in my egg salad. Very versatile and delicious! Best of all, no stomach cramping after eating, whatsoever! Recommend!!

Was not expecting it to be so good!

Oh my goodness! This is superbly delicious. While it doesn't taste exactly like Feta, the tsste of #'Violife just like Feta is similar to feta. It has a rich texture that is similar and has a creamy bite that is salty and a little briny. It is a welcone addition to salads and soups as well. The price point is fair. The packaging is minimal and attractive. I would most definitely recommend this product.

Bought it for a specific dish and wanted to give this alternative a shot. Glad that I did because I can now brag on how good this is! Completely unexpected and delicious from the very first bite!

My feta game just got stronger

I cut it up, and add it to halved cherry tomatoes, and a can of white beans. Add basil for taste, a little olive oil, and salt. One of my most requested recipes.

Excellent taste and consistency.  Good in recipes.  Just like "real" feta!  The only downside, is that there is almost no nutritional value to this product, although it does contain less sodium and potassium than dairy-based feta.

A tasty substitute for the real thing

Love the flavour of this. The texture is creamier than traditional feta, no holes and less crumbly, yet the taste is salty and fatty like feta. I only gave it a 4 becaus ethe nutritionals - lacks the protein and calcium I would like to see in the product.

A creamy and salty feta alternative

Hidden ingredients and they don't want to say what... almost 3 years ago I had a anaphylactic shock of this product, I could have died... and still Violife don't think it's important to share the hidden ingredients...  Result, now I still have problems looking for products I can eat and what not... and I have already 2 extra allergic reactions from other products...

If you are celiac and/or suffering from digstive issues then you already know you cannot have any grains or dairy. This product contains glucono delta lactone which is derived from either corn or rice and it ended up getting me really sick. I hope they reformulate this product as it is very good but just nothing something I can have due to the ingredients in it and unfortunately there isn't another product on the market that is grain and dairy free so this leaves out the million of us who are grain and dairy free and our community is growing due to illness based on the grains and dairy industries.

Not for Celiacs who also cannot have dairy
