Comfortable but a terribly chemical smell emerges from it. So much so that I feel like it tastes in my mouth at night.. not sure how to keep it on my bed while waiting to see if the smell will disappear

There is a lingering smell that would not go away. We could not use the product in the end because of the strong chemical smell and we did not get a response when we requested a refund.

Overmattress arrived in a vacuum packaging. After unpacking it, the mattress topper was dirty on 2 of the 4 sides. It's like he was dragged to the floor of the warehouse before he was packed. We tried to clean it, but it remained stained

About 3 days ago I opened one of the boxes and I was totally dissapointed. I have not used it and will not be using any of the mattresses. The smell of the chemical was unbearable. I would appreciate if I could could get a refund on the mattress in the unopened box.
