I ordered two of these exact same mattresses and they were different. Submitted a request and have not heard back yet.

Each one is different

There is no any Cooling Gel. The mattress squzeed after 1 month of use. So if you weigh more than 100kg, I do not recommend it.

Mattress squzeed

Check the warranty information before you buy. If you need to return even before open the package, you have to pay the freight charge, which is more than $100. Walmart price is much higher than other website, even same distributor, exactly the same product.  When I complain to Walmart customer service, they only say, this is third part product, there's nothing I can do. If you purchase beyond $250, you cannot return to Walmart store and you need to pay the freight to ship back. I spent lots time and effort to solve this problem and really exhausted. If there's 0 star option, we would rate 0 star. I would never buy from Walmart online.

Not 8 inches looks like we got the 6 inch size, firmness is okay. Disappointed we got the 6 inch Visco mattress as we bought the 8 inch one.

Wrong size

While purchasing, the return policy says you can return and in shipment they send small slip that it is final sale. No stickers/brand information on mattress. Even the box is blank with no seller information. Cheap product!
