Broken zipper, the sliders are broken. And since it is impossible to return if it is out of the box and its plastic, I find myself with a mattress topper whose cover cannot be removed. This was one of the important things when I bought it. Comfortable.

Closure of the broken cover

Please do not buy this product! I have been scammed . It has no shred of bamboo in it. Two thin layers of a synthetic and cheap foam, not as advertised a memory foam!
It does collapse in a very thin layer that would not support a mouse ! The odour is persistent and chemical , would not go away for a week already! Customer service will do nothing for you. Just a money grab ! you will be at loss of 150$ and absolutely useless piece of junk !

Scam !!!! be aware !!!!

I was hoping this Canadian made product would be wonderful and well worth the >$100 but sadly it is NOT! Upon opening the box and unwrapping the topper, it never expanded from its flattened packaged state. Terrible!
