Totally worth the money

the item seems very sturdy so the item seems very sturdy it's exactly what we thought it would be

The photo online really got me. I just liked the looks of it. Also needed a hall tree to hang wet coats on.
Easy to assemble. Looks just like the online photo. Sturdy, too. Love it.

GREAT HALL TREE/BENCH

The good: Value for money
The neutral: Quality is fine.
The not-so-good:
1. The packing was missing one part… the small metal plates that are on the side of the bench, one of them was missing. It is for aesthetics only, so I didn’t care. But in all these years of buying unassembled furniture, this is the first time a main part was missing
2. There was a minor dent on the corner of the bench
3. The back rod that connects the bench to the hooks/hutch can be mistakenly plugged upside down. The instructions do not state the correct way to plug it in. I had both the rods upside down and was wondering why a screw hole was missing. Fortunately, this was an easy fix.
4. Most dimensions on the listing are incorrect. We wanted it for a tight space in our mud room. We looked at the images, assumed some dimensions, and hoped it would fit. We were lucky that it turned out to be a good fit! The bench dimensions are: 49” W x 18” H x 17” D. The hutch is 72” H.

Value for money, but…

this would be great but it didnt include all the pieces (screws etc) to assemble it

Good quality but too large for my hallway

Good but too large

Overall a good value for the price, but the screws are made out of the cheapest zamak pot metal, and one completely snapped off head and all while I was trying to tighten the tension rod connecting the bench to the tree. (See attached photo). Will update review once I hear back.

Good but cheap metal

Sadly, the bench has some quality control issues -- the pre-drilled holes were too small to accept the screws which prevented its assembly.  It would have been great otherwise, but I had to return it.
