I can adjust if I want to hear outside, or I can lower the sounds. I love how comfortable they are and actually cancels the shooting noise. I was also able to see if I could speak on the phone, while shooting, and it works perfectly.

They have the ability to totally change your outdoor experiance whether that is hunting or i use them when im running my chainsaw around the yard. This all starts with comfort! The Walker Razor hearing protection is slim with sound damping composite, very nice ear pads, and rubber covered foam so I can wear them comfortably for many hours. The quality and durability is exceptional even under heavy use. The on/off switch with volume was easy to reach and use.  Walker Razor uses electronics to be able to hear (verbal instruction, animal noises, etc all in High Definition) and to minimize the loud ear damaging noises reacting within .02 of a second.  They do come with an audio input jack for music however the main volume for the nature sound also works the audio input jack.  Overall the Walker Razor Patriot Series works great for a lower cost hearing protection.
