I went through many negative comments about this bed. However, I'm glad I invested in this one! It's the second bed we bought from this manufacturer and will say that they both have lasted. The weight limit on this is higher than some beds so it holds up to bigger guests, teenagers, jumping kids and adds room, while being storable underneath the top twin. I have looked for this several times and finally pulled the trigger to buy it. Not at all disappointing. Some people commented about it being squeaky but we tightened the screws and haven't had that problem.

For the price, this is a quality bed. It looks good and wasn't too difficult for my husband to assemble. It's perfect for our space; we can use the room for guests when needed but for ourselves the rest of the time.

the top metal of the head board on one side was very bent to the point that one of the screws wouldnt fit. One of the metal balls was slipping off right when I opened the box

Not Good Quality, Cheap

This bed is NOT gold! It is a brown bronze color, pretty much the same color as the cardboard box it arrives in. It is not bright shiny gold as shown in the pictures. Box can heavily damaged with several bent pieces inside. It will be returned as it's not only damaged, but no where near the pictured or described color.
