The cooking instructions doesn't say it's microwaveable, but that's how I prepare it. Cover with a teaspoon of water and 5 pieces and heat on high in the microwave for 2.5 minutes. Shrimp filling is nice and firm and tasty. I usually eat it with hot sauce and yellow mustard; just like at dim sum.

Delicious snack

Feels authentic to me and it's very delicious! The shrimp inside is big and crisp too. I'll keep restock this in my freezer so I can steam and eat whenever I feel like it. Highly recommended.

nothing from the freezer is going to be as good as Sunday morning at the local Dim Sum House, but these really are the next best thing, plus they are cheap and cheerful and easy to whip up in just 7 Minutes in my Instant Pot steamer insert on high pressure, with a forced release and some Lao gan ma chili oil 😁

My son likes these better than the ones from Costco.  These are a bit more expensive but nothing over the top.

yeah, i said it, it is better than restaurant dim sum at the fraction of the cost. Steamed at home at anytime can't beat the cost and the taste is satisfying. only problem its constantly sold out

No pork, unlike most other har gows. Dumpling skin is a thicker than standard but otherwise these are very satisfying

Surprisingly good. Bouncy shrimp filling, quick 6 minute steam in my Instant Pot, a big splash of chili oil, and you have a great treat. Frozen is never as good as fresh, but really not bad at all. I enjoy them.

Better than expected

They changed the recipe. Now instead of a smooth shrimp paste, there's chunks of different things inside. I didn't appreciate the texture at all. Only ate half the package.
