I usually wear a 3X but I ordered a 4X just to be safe. The 4X fits well however they weren't consistent across the size. I bought a pack of 6, four of them fit well, the other two were slightly tighter and the elastic around the legs was a little tight. Overall though, I would definitely recommend them.

As with other users I found the recommended size to be uncomfortably snug. That said, I was in the market for something extremely absorbent and large enough to cover my butt to prevent the hateful leaking that can trickle up to my back while I'm asleep and have heavy menstrual flow - these are perfect for my purpose! I also imagine they would be excellent for containing similar issues of incontinence.

 I am also delighted that these are offered in plain white (please continue to offer the white, even if you decide to start including other colors - wearever is the only company among many that I have looked at that offers white and I find it to be much more modest than other colors that can show through clothing). This particular cut can be a little more uncomfortable because of the bulk between the legs, but that is going to be the obvious trade off for the added absorption and leak protection. I use the hush puppies during the day because they have a more comfortable cut and I don't so much need the prolonged protection - I can change panties more frequently during the day if I need to prevent leaks.

Perfect for nighttime menstrual leaks!

I ordered this for a client who is very shy about her issue. These items are not clinical at all and very "normal" looking. Plus, the bag is so neat looking and an important part of the whole issue! The Customer Service is amazing.

Great Product and Service!

Although, I had to modify pad area ( I really only wanted ‘my middle' covered by a pad), I am wearing the panties when I hike and feel very protected. I am looking forward to receiving the ‘super' absorbency.

Quality Product

These are really good for me when I have a cold and am coughing allot or I go to the comedy club and laugh more than normal. I am assured that I will have enough absorption in these. 2 cups is the best I have found so far.

Thick

I bought them for my daughter, but it a struggle to get them up herself. They are smaller than even reviewed to be.

Buy a bigger size

I liked the product but the elestic for a size xl fits to tight,you need to add a little mor elestic.I had ordered a sz lg at one time and the elestic was just a little snug so went to xl same size as a lg......if someone buys xl that means their tummy is larger.

Let's face it: no one really wants to be in a position to require these panties. I was looking for an environmentally friendly way to enjoy hiking without adding to the landfill. Unfortunately after a 90 minute hike these panties leaked and when I sat down, they soaked my jeans. I'm afraid they just aren't right for me. PS I followed the fitting guidelines so that was not the issue.

Sorry about this product

Just didn't fit right. Ordered out of curiosity and do not want to return. (Not sure of return instructions anyway.) Rating is my opinion and not intended to demean the product. In fact, the panty I received seems to be very well made and of excellent quality. I just have a problem finding panties that fit comfortably.

Uncomfortable

Honestly, we (both wife and I), never put them on. We sent them back due to not being discrete. We are not ready for something quite this extensive. Maybe in 10 years or so.
