I debated spending the money on a real goose down duvet; so glad I did. The duvet is far superior to anything else I've had. It's very comfortable. I'm happy with my purchase.

Delivery was speedy and accurate. The hand written "enjoy your product" note was a nice touch. I got a medium weight queen sized duvet. I live in Northern BC and it gets quite cold in my room. So far this has kept me very warm and not too hot.

Beyond Cozy

I recently ordered White Goose Down Duvets for my adult sons. I connected with customer service a couple of times around returning one for a different size, and also about registering for warranty, as he'd tossed out the package info with product ID #. Everything was fast, friendly and hassle free! So very happy that I ordered directly from the company (and a better deal too!).

Amazing customer service

I tend to sleep hot and it is necessary for me to sleep in a cool room. When I got the regular weight goose down duvet I was concerned it was going to be too warm for me. It wasn't long before I got used to the coziness of the duvet, and my body temperature seemed to get more regulated by it. I'm so glad I purchased this duvet because it really was perfectly cozy all throughout the winter and I looked forward to snuggling into it every night! Thank you for such a great product!

COZINESS!

I'm always cold and love the fluffy feeling of hotel duvets. This duvet is perfect and makes you feel like you're wrapped in a cloud. It's not super lightweight but also not heavy. My husband and I use 2 twins instead of a queen so that we don't have to worry about blanket theft during the night, and we absolutely love these. I'm so happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

I bought this duvet about six weeks ago and it has been just perfect. This exact kind of warmth I was looking for. It was quickly shipped and arrived on time despite the Christmas/Boxing day rush. Just perfect.

Bought the queen size, all-season weight. Owned and used for one month upon writing review. Arrived two days after ordering. This is a very high quality duvet, with true '3D' baffle box construction. Very well constructed, with quality stitching throughout. No smell from down. No leakage of clusters. Fills a queen duvet cover perfectly. I like my bedroom cold, this duvet keeps me perfectly comfortable. Buying direct is the way to go -- this duvet is sold at elsewhere for 2X the price. Win/win! Buy with confidence, as this is the best money you'll spend on a duvet.

Would give 10 starts if I could

I agree with a previous review from Annik LeFrancois.  The duvet is fluffy and good weight but the shell sounds like cardboard when you move or try to pull it.  I was hoping it would get softer with time - I've had mine for few weeks now, purchased at Costco - but the noise is still there.  I have never had a duvet with crispy shell so I was surprised when I opened it up and heard the noise.  I should've returned then but I liked the weight and the way it looked on my bed so I decided to keep it but the cardboard noise is very annoying.

Can you recommend any treatment to soften it?

Great Duver but shell feels like cardboard

Nothing spectacular.
 Based on the glowing reviews, my expectations were high. Sure, it's puffy but it's not like I'm "sleeping on a cloud" or in an "luxury hotel" or being enveloped in "a big, snuggly hug". It's just "okay", nothing more, nothing less.
I'm glad I got it on sale, because I wouldn't have paid regular price for it.

Meh...
