I've always had down pillows, this is The first from a this company, got my last one from Sears Canada. Due to long life spans, I've not had to buy a pillow since I was 20 and once I got this new pillow, I knew without a doubt it was perfect. My last had only 17 ounces of down which made it very squishy, and I bought a second pillow which has feathers adding thickness to have choice. This one has 20 ounces and is perfect. I will continue to support this Canadian pillow company and purchase more in the future.

I ordered this pillow for a friend as a gift a few years ago and she loved it so much I got one when it was time to replace mine.
I made my order 3 days ago with the free shipping and it arrived today, so super fast! The pillow is really, really light yet very firm, the way I like it. I didn't realize my old pillow had gotten that much heavier which grosses me out thinking of what is growing in there. I am a returning customer and will come back every ten years when mine needs replacing. As well as every time I need the 'perfect' gift.

I ordered a king size  medium filled down pillow. The quality and workmanship is absolutely excellent. I have worked in this industry myself. I would prefer a little more down in the pillow so I am returning it and hope to reorder with a little more loft for my particular preference. The online customer service is also incredible. FABULOUS

I bought a white goose down pillow last Friday, paid for expedited delivery, and had the pillow by Tuesday.  It's by far the best pillow I've ever had.  Going forward, I would never buy anything else!  As another reviewer said: a touch of heaven.  And the representative was so helpful!  Thank you!

Epiphany!

Grew up with crappy pillows so I didn't think about them for years. 
Finally decided to get good pillows, did my research and bought 5 (yes, I'm greedy ;). 
May not be the cheapest pillows up front but given their durability they're a good value.

Hubby had an old down feather pillow.  I bought several ones to replace his old one that was losing so many feathers.  He didn't like any of the ones I bought even when I had paid over $100 for one.    I found this website and they helped me find just the right one like the old one he had.  They sent me an email when it went on sale and now this pillow is perfect for him.  He really enjoys it and says it's perfect! Wonderful pillow

After purchasing a brand new bed and still using a cheap and really old pillow, I decided to buy a White Goose Down pillow in Soft/Queen as I am a stomach sleeper during the boxing week sale event. I could not be happier. It is exactly what I wanted and is just like the pillows you get to sleep on in expensive hotel rooms ! Be sure to purchase a nice pillow case set you can buy on here as-well because the higher thread count on the pillow case's contains the white goose down better and keeps is clean.

Replacing a 20 year old, lumpy, hard, and completley worn-out cheap pillow.

I purchased a White Goose down pillow "Medium" and I love it a lot. I had a firm pillow which did not work really for me. So, I decided to try a medium and I am finally  happy  with my purchase. GREAT PILLOW

I have bought a lot of your pillows over the years and this is my first did. Not soft and the case it comes in is stiff. Big disappointment

Not soft at all

I purchased this Goose down pillow. Queen, soft. Was shipped on time. I took the pillow out of the packaging and noticed it looked like it was only part full. I used it first night and had to roll up the end to make it feel more full and give it some support. After doing this, pillow was perfect. Seems that the pillow needs more fill. disappointed as I paid $175 for a part filled pillow.
