I need something to store my shoes off the floor due to 
inability to stoop or bend getting my shoes from the floor and low shelves in
my closet and needed something higher. This product is PERFECT.
Easy to assemble , hangs on the top of the closet door and the shoes
sits on the racks with easy access for me without bending down.

Fits My Needs Perfect

I love this! I have a small opening to my closet which makes it hard to reach the floor. This shoe rack makes everything close at hand. It's heavy duty, sturdy, and goes together easily. No step-by-step instructions but a good detailed expanded drawing of assembly.

My closet had shoes all over the place and I hate that.
I saw this over the door shoe rack and ordered it.
It was easy to put together .
My closet floor is now clear as a bell.

Good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea, it is not working as well as I had hoped.  If I didn't wear shoes in sizes 10-11 women's, they would fit much better.  My shoes add more weight than the average shoes.  None of this is the fault of the shoe rack; I'm planning to use this, just can't get as many shoes and sandals on.

Great idea, space saver, shoes easily accessible

I purchased for behind closet door use, I was unable to use the "door hangers" since the space between the top of the door and trim was so tight the door would not close. I used the option of breaking off the door hanger brackets and used provided screws to secure. Two additional notes, be sure to measure the door you intend to use on...my door was a small closet door in my home's entry way and it was a very tight fit; shoe brackets on the rack are spaced close together and not so great for my men's size 10 shoes...meaning you may have to space shoes out on every other bracket to get them to hang.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was probably someone else's return. Box was dirty and damage. The base cover was dented and the poles were all scratched up and there was tape residue where there was no tape.

Received damaged product

This shoe rack is poorly designed and cheaply made. The instructions are confusing and the materials are cheap. After I assembled the shoe rack it lend. While the shoe rack is inexpensive, it is cheap. I returned it and Wal-Mart was nice and took it back.
