These 6 pieces are wonderful! I can make mini cakes, different size cookies in different flavors to keep everyone guessing1 How cool is that! Each has a straight and a crinkle side to them so I can make every single one of them different in shapes as well! Just press evenly and Viola! Great snacks! Each cutout is a different shape and size and they all fit together which saves space in my cupboard. It is great for making fondant shapes and decorations on bigger cakes or snacks! Highly recommended and the prices is just right! So go get baking!!!

I Love It, Simple for Beginners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Wilton Heart-Shaped Fondant Cut-Out Set, 6-Piece, is soo much fun we are getting the star shapes too! So great they are different sizes! 

We have not had a chance to use the Wilton Heart-Shaped Fondant Cut-Out Set, 6-Piece, on fondant, but we have used them to make heart shaped sugar and chocolate chip cookies, pancakes, and sandwiches! The first time I used the Wilton Heart-Shaped Fondant Cut-Out Set, I used them on pancakes. For many years I have been buying the packaged, ready made pancakes from the supermarket frozen/refrigerated section. It is so easy to just "press out" different sizes of heart shaped pancakes in different sizes from one pancake! The first time I served the heart shaped pancakes, my grandson loved them! His eyes lit up, and immediately wanted to know how I made the heart shaped pancakes, and if he could have some more! Can't wait to get other shapes of the Wilton Shaped Fondant Cut-Out Sets! The kids get a real "hoot" out of getting food in fun shapes!

Great and versatile Wilton Cut-Out Fondant shapes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great and easy to use for cookies and the smallest size is perfect to use for cutouts in linzer cookies or sandwich cookies where you can see the filling inside.

These can also be used to cut dessert portion cakes. One side of the cutter is wavy and the other side is smooth so you get 12 styles/sizes in 6 cutters!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this set of Wilton double cut-outs for fondant. They look so adorable, with their varying colors, sizes and edges. There are six double sided cutters in graduated sizes. Each of these have a smooth finished edge on one side and a crinkle cut edge on the opposite side. They are a thin metal material. They look and feel like a nice quality cutter. 
 They are very easy to use to decorate a cake. Just roll out some fondant, and press the cutter through it. Attach the fondant to your cake with piping gel or a dampened brush. With the six graduated size cutters and 2 finishes, we can make 12 different hearts. Plus, we can also use two different size cutter's on one heart to make a hollow centered heart. Doing this, we can make varying widths of hollowed- centered hearts, depending on the cutter size difference. I can't wait to get multiple colors of fondant and make an awesome looking rainbow heart cake. 
 The smallest cutter is slightly bigger than a nickel. The biggest cutter is about 3". These are supposed to be washed in wash, soapy water, before and after use. Make sure to dry thoroughly.

The Wilton Heart Shaped Fondant cut-out set of six were tested using edible play-dough. The main ingredient is melted sticky marshmallows, I prepped the cutters by rubbing coconut oil on each cutter. 
The shapes made a clean cut but removing the play-dough required effort. Keeping that in mind, I plan on using the cutters on sandwiches, fruits, and vegetables. Finicky eaters come in all ages, maybe the presentation, including cute shapes, can be made more appealing. 
 I recommend purchase. Add these heart-shaped cutters to your kitchen tools.

Wilton Heart Shaped Tinplate Cutters

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute set, sturdy construction, quality finish, they make nice cookie cutters. Each one has a flat straight side & a "ruffled" side for a choice of designs. I don't know what exactly is involved in using fondant decorating for cakes & desserts, but this set is well made - good quality tools. I used them as cookie cutters, then hand washed like directions say, then i have another purpose in mind, because I don't do a lot of baking or cake making. I do like crafts & creating though, so I'm going to either make wind chimes out of them or folk art type hanging ornaments. The pkg includes a sweet variety of colors & will be cute either way.
