We love it! Brought this home and the set up took less than 30 minutes. Called the customer service line and selected the flex pack plus local channels.  Working perfectly. I read the reviews before ordering and found out that if want this to work on both coasts you need to buy the dual model. There are 2 arcs eastern and western so if you want full coverage nationwide order this one. We are more than happy with this purchase.
