I love this stool! Spent a lot of time looking for one I like, but didn't break the bank. I'm a teacher who uses an overhead projector on a tall cart daily, so I needed something sturdy to use. It's the perfect height, and the seat is so comfortable. Also, there are 2 levels of feet rests. Spent twice as much on one a few years ago, but this one is much more elegant looking and comfy. You won't be disappointed!

Awesome stool!

I love the stool. I have serious back problems so needed something to sit on at the kitchen counter so I could chop up veggies, do dishes, and other chores. This stool is the perfect height for what I intended, and is also very comfortable. My only problem with it was that it had to be assembled. Considering the pain in my hands, it was very difficult for me to put it together. It requires a lot of screws and lining all of the pieces up. That was rather difficult. However, after a lot of work, I finally managed to get it together.

Great for sitting at a kitchen counter for cooking

I am happy with these stools. They look nice, the assembly directions were good enough but I almost didnt get all the pieces out of the first box. Hardware is bagged and tied down. I like that the plugs that cover the screw heads tap in deeper than most.

Good price and they look nice

I am a disabled 65 yr old male. I am unable to stand without support for more than a few seconds. I purchased this stool to use in the kitchen to sit on while cooking, washing dushes, etc. I have had and have used this stool for a couple of weeks now and find that it meets my needs 100%. It is sturdy and the perfect height for what I need. The padded seat protects me, in certain areas, and is soft enough to prevent bruising in this area. The padded seat is comfortable enough to allow me the time needed to cook and perform the other chores in the kitchen. This is a good little stool and is designed perfectly to prevent from tipping over and causing a dangerous fall. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in my situation or someone just looking for a stable stool for their needs.

Quality is great and easy to put together just like the matching table.
I have to admit I've seen better stools at Ross which were wider and more comfy looking for $10 more than I got this stool at the bundle price. But the whole bundle price (incl table) just could not be beat at $169 than if I got the table regular price at $130 then 2 Ross stools for $50 each. Another advantage to going with the bundle is that everything would match and dimensions of all the pieces would be just right.
Also, I would say it's worth it to pay the extra $20 to get these stools rather than the regular saddle stools.

We bought two of these stools online for our eat-in island. Product shipped within a few days and we actually got them a day prior to what Walmart said on their shipping page. Both were very easy to assemble, taking about 8 minutes total, and had all their parts nicely packaged in the box. We had only one issue after we started using the stools and it only happen to one of them. My wife snagged a back pocket on one of the two buttons, on the flat part of the seat, and the top of the button popped off. The buttons are secured by a single thick string in the middle and the leather button attaches to a metal fastener, which is the only part that is secured to the stool. I worked the leather top back into place and super glued it to the metal fastener, since it didn't want to stay on its own. Since, we have been enjoying the stools as if nothing ever happened. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Great Stool

The 2 stools were sold separate %26 are nice, however,  I received one that was molded on the underside of the seat, I had to spray it down with Lysol! It obviously was sitting in a  moist warehouse for a while? The other stool was fine, however, it wobbles a little at the base, 1 of the legs are shorter, I think? Overall I like the set.  The seat cushions are comfortable, they reach my bar %26 go with my overall apartment design. Very easy to assemble!

There are only 12 screws to put this stool together -- should be easy. But it was not. Very hard to use the hex key to get the screws in. Ended up stripping the screws and some wouldn't go in. Tried to purchase replacement screws at Home Depot & Lowes -- don't carry them. Still need 2 large & 5 smaller screws to have someone else try to complete this. I do like the quality of the stool but wish regular screws were used.

very hard to put together

Despite many very positive reviews, the two stools we received were quite cheap. The heads of the screws provided stripped out so we could not fully tighten them. Some of the pre-drilled holes were not deep enough to accommodate the screws. We were successful in getting one stool together enough to try sitting on, but the legs were not the same length, so the stool rocked. When we unpacked the stools initially, several screws that were intended to attach the padded seat on the preassembled seat frame fell out on the floor. While trying to assemble the rest of the stool, more seat screws fell out. We can't recommend this product.
