Rain and wind Jake's

This rain jacket was purchased as a gift... when I opened the package I have to say that I was somewhat disappointed with the quality... it did not look like the picture on the website.
The material was lighter and flimsier than what I expected...
However, my friend was thrilled with the jacket... I only hope that it is indeed waterproof.
