I love the fit, the sequins are close enough so the blouse does not look cheap!

Top is more wide on both shoulders. It doesn't seem to be cut to hang off one shoulder. Could be pulled to one shoulder. Lined. Good for party wear.

Good party wear

Ordered two of these, both in XL.  One fit like an XL, other was more like a medium.  Not great quality.  And not a true off shoulder...it's just wide neck, so you can pull it down one side.

Not impressed.

The item isn't even close to the picture, and it is not meant to hang off the shoulder, unless applied forcefully. I'd youre looking for a short sleeved sequin blouse, that's what you're getting. However, it won't depict what's advertised!

This looks nothing like the picture, it is so poorly made,  and the return process has been such a headache I will most likely never order from Walmart.com again.
