These are some beautiful chairs omg. I had been searching for new chairs for my kitchen and i stumbled across these babies. Extremely comfy upholstery and they look expensive. Very easy to put together didnt need the hubby for this just screw in the legs and voila. And the legs matched my table to a t which was a plus but not a must since im thinking of painting it a different color.

i wanted to update my parents dining room set.   They were married in 1953, not sure exactly when it was purchased but I do not remember life without it and I am 56.  Anyway, the look I was looking for was achieved.   Chairs are decent quality for the price.  Not sure I would want to sit in them daily for a meal.

Out of the box you need to attach the seat onto the back and 2 legs onto the seat. Every one had the same wobble on the same 2 legs. When I sat in them there really was no wobble from the weight. That still bothered me so I took them all apart and put a wood shim under the leg before putting the machine screws back in. I did not want to drill out holes on brand new chair. It wasnt 100% but it helped a lot. Once assembled they felt sturdy and comfortable and they look fantastic!

Once the chairs are assembled,the legs areunbalanced,but are very comftable to sit in.I would send them back if it wasn't for the costand the inconvience to return them.

The set of chairs was shipped as promised. The chairs look great except one chair wobbles drastically. I am waiting for a response from Customer Support to see if they will send me two new front legs; one leg is shorter than the other and the screw alignment is off which is why the chair wobbles. I would give these chairs a better rating if someone resolves this issue.

Set of 2 Tufted Parson Chairs

The chairs are good, fabric is great too. But they seem small for the table I bought them for. It may be a good fit for a condo, apartment or small table.

Ordered 2 sets, they did not come when promised. Finally they were shipped and lost in process.  They were reordered and promised in 3 days as expedited weekend delivery which they tried to charge me for. The rep did not do weekend delivery so I received them on Wednesday eve. One rep was helpful many others were not. You can't trust what they tell you. One set of chairs came with no hardware and no chance of getting it til I returned the item. Once together, and it was a chore nothing fit well, they are not very sturdy.

Not what I expected

I order 6 chairs. 4 of the chairs wobbled terribly. 2 of the chairs had a different finish on the legs. So I have 6 chairs - 4 wobble, 2 have a cherry leg finish and 4 have a very deep brown finish. This does not make for a good product. I gave 2 stars because I do like the style had they had been better made and one color.

So disappointed in these chairs. We bought 2 cream and 2 black to see which we prefer, and will be returning both sets. The legs are wobbly, and one leg was actually at least an inch shorter than the others. We tried the other chair and the socket on the chair was actually made too small for the leg to even fit into it. Quality control anyone?
Frustrated. Don't waste time buying and returning. The odds of getting 4-6 functioning chairs is unrealistic. Wish I had taken a pic before putting back in the box.
