I purchased this item so I could clean up my bedroom.  Too many shoes made a lot of dust and was unsightly.  I did a lot of research before purchasing from Walmart.  I almost bought another brand from another on line store but I could not stand paying $200 more for basically the same thing.  

The item came in a timely manner and was easy to assembly (just the legs).   I had plenty of room for my shoes and I have a lot of shoes.  I was also happy to see that it is very sturdy.  When I sit on it, it feels like a solid piece of furniture.  I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I bought this storage bench to store clothes and sit at the end of my queen size bed. It looks great in my bedroom and it hides my excess clothing. This was a great buy.

Great Buy

We needed a new storage bench for our master bedroom closet to double as seating and as a clothes hamper.  This bench fit the bill perfectly and the price was affordable. The top of the bench is solid and sturdy so holds our weight while putting on shoes and the like.  The storage feature is roomy and accommodates a lot of dirty clothes.  The upholstery is just a vinyl product, but has a quality look, especially in the deep red. In fact, although this piece is hidden in our large walk-in closet, I would have no problem displaying and using it in other more visible rooms of the house.  The ordering process through Walmart.com was easy, the item arrived a day early and the in-store pickup was a fast, pleasant experience.  The clerk at the pick-up desk was cheerful and professional.  I have always had good experiences ordering on the Walmart website.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am very pleased with the Avalon Storage Ottoman Bench Stone Gray Vegan Leather. The bench is sturdy and well made. 

The bench was packed perfectly within the Box. The outside covered in a cloth type bag, and foam around it. On the inside of the ottoman packaged neatly were the legs to be attached.

Bought it online had it shipped to my house I'm very pleased with this ottoman it offers lot of  storage and the quality of the leather is great.

It holds extra bedding and narrow enough to walk around in the bedroom. I was thinking of putting it in the foot of the bed

Loved it so much bought a second one!

I will not ever order furniture online again. The item arrived damaged I am pretty sure it was from shipping unless the  item was already sent broken.  The top and bottom did not line up and there was damage done to the ends of the box so it could have been dropped and damaged that way--either way I would not order this again. We returned .
