I been buying Spry gum on and off for many years and it's the only gum I like to chew. 2 peaces last a long time alone with the minty flavor. I highly recommend this gum.

I like having a sugar-free gum that tastes great. I like the strong peppermint and I even chew one before I go to bed and wake up with fresh breath.  Depending on your preference, if you like a larger size to chew you can start with 2. I start with 1 piece then later I'll add to it which refreshes the taste and is still a good chewing size.  The price and availability was fluctuating quite a bit, and I don't want to run out so I don't wait until I'm out to buy more (as you can see)!

Great tasting sugar-free peppermint gum

sticks a little bit to my teeth. after a while I get to feeling nauseated. maybe it is just me.
but it does seems to help with dry mouth.

Ok gum

Gum is very slimy and might stick to your teeth! You need 2 pieces at a time as 1 piece is 2 small. Flavor is 3 out of 5. BEWARE:Price of gum does NOT include shipping! It does the job, but I do not recommend due to the sliminess.  I'm still looking for an alternative.

I had only heard positive things about the main ingredient in this gum, Xylitol, that it was good for preventing cavities and for helping with dry mouth problems - which is what I have. I did not look into the ingredient for any other potential problem, but I should have. I had two pieces of the gum during the first day I received it. The next morning, I woke up to liquid diarrhea and loud, rude rumbling in my gut. The gum was the only unusual thing for me, so I looked Xylitol up and discovered that diarrhea was a problem for many who use it. Spry has no warning labels for this problem on its packaging. It should! I hope Walmart will consider adding a note of caution about this also.  Another danger is that it is extremely dangerous for dogs, causing severe - diarrhea!
