This has become a staple for me, after getting it as a gluten free alternative for my gf. Be warned that munge beans have a sugar that can trigger IBS/Crohn's/colitis if you have too much. I'm good and my gf still has it regardless in moderation.

Tasty and gluten free

[Employee of walmartcanada] I boil the water.  Remove the pot from the stove.  Put in the amount I want to use for my dinner.  Wait 15 minutes.  Drain.   Rinse.  Reheat for 1 minute and it's perfect every time.

Good texture

I bought these to try and make a copycat recipe I had found for rice a roni because we have a recently diagnosed celiac in the family. When I opened the package I found that these were not dried properly and as a result were not breakable, which I needed to do for the rice recipe. This may not matter if a person was going to boil them but I feel that this is a risky product to consume safely based on its moisture content combined with how it is packaged,
