Putting Together

The assembly was a nightmare, even with my husband being experienced with assembling bikes,with two engineering degrees and a math degree. It was very confusing, pictures didn't match, directions were not clear at all, it was missing some screws, so we had to go buy some.  We got it mostly put together but took it to bike shop for work on brakes and gear changing issues, which cost an additional amount of money. The bike itself is great once we got it together, and it looks very nice though. I would advise people who buy this bike,  to take the box to a bike shop for assembly.

best seat great power .crape assembly. why would ship something for seniors that was unable  to be used.

when I opened the box and unpacked it, the rear break rotor was bent badly.  also the directions were not good at all from naming the parts of hardware. the tire reflectors don't fit at all .  it does ride well.

Took way longer than 2 hours to put together. The rear brake was warped. I couldn't get the cable set right on the brakes, so it was either squealing or not stopping me soon enough. I put it in the shop and had the professionals look at it. They said there was nothing left on the pads even though I only rode the bike once.  So I had to pay a $130 to upgrade the brakes. It's fine now but I wouldn't have bought it had it known the hassle of the assembly and the low quality of the brakes.

Buying a presembled bike is worth it.

Directions were confusing..it doesn't tell you witch screw's to use ...came with an extra rear disc break that took me a while to figure out i didn't need, the estimated times must be for someone the assembles this bike daily. the illustration's were a little confusing too   overall i do like the trike.. Maybe its me..at 70 years old...

YEBEI Electric Tricycle assembly at home

This product requires full assembly.  Although they do mention this fact but it is in the fine print at the end of the details.   85% is usually used to describe a bicycle that is almost fully assembled so read carefully.  The bicycle also had slight damage to the main sprocket and cover but hopefully it will not cause the chain to jump.  The allen tool is junk. The most frustrating part of the purchase is not being able to contact the seller directly by phone or email.  The major problem I am having is that the battery is too big for the area in which is it seated.  It is too tall and it interferes with the bicycle seat adjustment capability.  Therefore the bicycle seat will not go down and it is 5 inches higher than it should be for me to ride comfortably and safely.  Riding up this  high causes balance problems for me.

It wasn't packed very well. The frame, front fork and both rear fenders were bent. The paint was scratched on the frame and fenders. The instructions are not for this trike.

I do not recommend this trike.

does not come with an odometer or speedometer, so you cannot tell the distance you've gone or how long you've ridden  and can't tell the battery status

This product is currently half assembled and will unfortunately stay that  way due to the absolute worst instructions ever. I have purchased multiple E-Bikes and they every other one was shipped 85% assembled. This Bike could have been mostly assembled as well but instead every single piece including the chain and cables have to be assembled by the buyer. at the very least they could create a video to show how to assemble or have a camera man that points the camera to the part in the actual step instead of pictures that point to nothing!

Worst Instructions ever!

this is the worst Ebike i have ever bought the back right wheel is bent the front wheel is bent the bars were bent the on board e system was not programmed properly the bike is top heavy and it is not what i was expecting....
