When I purchased this sofa, I didn't realize it was a cloud couch until it arrived. I ordered two of them, and each came in two boxes—so I received four boxes in total. I was dissatisfied at first, but you really need to give these sofas time to settle in. The pictures I attached show it right after unboxing, and then again after a month of minimal use.

I wish the sectional pieces had Velcro or some way to fully attach to each other, because they do shift around. I'd rate the comfortability a 6.8 out of 10—I wish the cushions were a bit more full and plush, but overall it's pretty comfortable. I like that the cushions have removable covers, which makes them easy to wash.

Overall, you get what you pay for. It's not bad at all—just give it time. And make sure to wash the cushion covers to remove wrinkles and make them softer and more comfortable.

Cloud couch!! - takes time to fully form

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color and material are good on the outside, but there is something that they didn't mention explicitly which is that they ALL pieces are completely separate. Aka it's not one full couch with moveable extension. This is the biggest issue for us.

TOO versatile

Quality issue

Obviously almost all reviews are paid, which are the good ones, there were only 2 honest PAID reviews that said how terrible the quality and foam was.  Well, i don't think it's right they are paying people to do these reviews, and if they are , then we should do reviews about the reviews.
