Product's build and material could be more durable.

Net's tightness and durability need improvement for better security.

Directions are difficult to follow in certain situations.

Researched to find a good trampoline and decided on this one due to the higher weight capacity. I am a single mom and am only 5'1 and I was able to put this together completely by myself, the springs were the only part I struggled with. I wish the instructions were clearer and parts were labeled better but obviously I figured it out. My kiddos love this and right now they say I am the best mom ever, so total win. Lol This does come with a basketball hoop and a tiny ball, I wish there was one pole that was labeled specifically for the hoop and what direction to face the hoop because I accidentally assembled it crooked and had to fix it but that wasn't a big deal. Lol

I have never in my life seen such a sorry trampoline as this one. The bars broke in the middle. All of the bars around the side broke.  The funny thing is I bought this in September 2025 but it was for Christmas so the kids have only used it since December 2025 and here it is March 2026 and the thing is ready to take to the dump now.
