Needed a new mattress quick when we moved states. Delivery was quick and easy, it was packaged well and very easy to set up. It has been SO COMFORTABLE. My husband and I prefer a firmer mattress so we were a little concerned about that with foam, but it has been absolutely divine. We have been sleeping so well since we got it.

I love this mattress! I'm a notoriously hot sleeper, and I like to sleep on my sides with square shoulders. This mattress keeps me cool, and my shoulders aren't sore when I wake up. And for the price, I don't think there's a better option for me. Best sleep I've gotten in years.

We first slept on this mattress at an AirBNB and loved it! I normally don't like firm and was skeptical I would like it, but it was amazing. We purchased one in March and my husband is now sleeping through the night!

Sleeping through the night

I love my new mattress! I had a full size Zinus before this one and knew I wanted to return to this brand. The mattress came on time, is super soft and comfortable and smells great!

Great price, wonderful mattress!

Mattress arrived in pristine condition, promptly. I have been sleeping fantastic on it. I picked the thickest size mattress and it does stay firm. There is minimal sinking and I feel that my bones and muscles are relaxed and aligned.

Bought this for my sons first big boy bed. Delivery was fast, it's quite comfortable to lay on, though I have not actually slept on in. Price point was very comparable to other brands. Would definitely recommend

Good quality, comfort and price

A little  firmer than I was expecting but I like it and I think we are getting used to it. I deliberately picked one that did not say "support" because I didn't want too firm.  I would call this a firm mattress. It is cooler than my last one.

Nice mattress

Not 12 inches. Its been open for about week and its still not fully expanded.  There is a crease/dip down the center from how it was folded to go into the box. I purchased because someone else ordered a 10inch and it expanded to about 9- 9.5 inches.  If this had even 
expanded up to 11in, i would be content. It is 6inches on one side and 8 inches on the other.  AND the corners are about 4inches.

Not 12 inches

I bought this mattress in Dec and currently it is not in good condition. It was never inflate properly and now it has soft spots. I talked with Zinus for warranty and they want to give me half the money back since they dont have this unit available. The main condition is, i need to dispose this first. So now i have to sleep on the floor to dispose this mattress and get half refund because they dont have one in stock.

Poor support from zinus team.
