I stayed in an air b&b on vacation and had the best night's rest ever. So I looked up the mattress online and bought it before we left to go home. Since I have been sleeping on it at home, I have been waking up without shoulder pain or back pain and have felt refreshed and awake. And it was on sale!!

Very comfortable, better than expected.   I suggest getting the tencel mattress protector.  I tried the bed without it and with it.  The bed is much cooler to sleep on with the mattress protector, very comfortable, highly recommend the extra spend to get the protector.

Comfort and value...

The best mattress that we used so far at reasonable price. I didn't expect this to be so good , its firmness as expected. It doesn't presses you down, so ultimately good for people with spinal issue like me and my spouse. We like the firmness do much.

I have had some back pain everyday for years. Recently on vacation I woke up with no back pain.  After flipping the mattress over I discovered it was Zinus.  I ordered a mattress immediately.  I have not had back pain at all for about a month now.  I did not think this was even possible.  I highly recommend this mattress for anyone!!  It does feel firm when you first sit on it but quickly feels absolutely perfect for any sleeper.

We absolutely adore this bed! We went from our old springy, uncomfortable queen mattress to a  luxurious Zinus memory foam king size bed. With all of the extra space as well as the comfort, we could not be happier. Delivery and Inflating was easy, and they offer a service to pick up your old mattress, they made purchasing and disposal a seamless process as well. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a mattress.

Best Purchase I have made this year

It's firm and you sleep deeply and with full restorative sleep if you sleep timely that is. I always hated foam until Zinus because ut shaped and formed a depression in the mattress. These mattresses rise back to the original shape and is always how I bought it. Love the firmness and coziness of this mattress

Foam Mattress is great when it's a Zinus

Honestly, I think the bed is just OK. I have to flip it every week so it doesn't wear down and it's just OK for me. I probably would consider getting either a different brand or something that doesn't wear down as quickly. But for the price of the bed is great it works.

It is just OK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had two Zinus mattresses before, both "medium" like this one, but this one is just HARD.  It's not cradling at all.  After 5 hours on this one, I wake up hurting and have to get up sleep-deprived.  I kept thinking that it might improve with time as it puffed up, but it's been a week.  It's well-constructed, which is all I can say good about it.

HARD to live with!

The product itself was nice but not firm enough for me and  I could feel bars from frame through it. Return process took a couple tries to get an an answer

Not for me

I hate it. Cannot return it because it cannot be reboxed. It is like sleeping on a lumpy bed every time I turn over. Almost impossible to get off the bed as sunk in the dent.

I will lose 200$ or so but it will go out to the trash...
