I am wildly impressed by the quality of this bed frame. The instructions to get it assembled were not 100% clear, so that was annoying, but the actual quality of the product is chef's kiss. Wood is solid. It's stable, not wobbly. I'm considering getting my other kid the exact same bed frame. 10/10 would buy again.

Way Better Quality Than I Expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I'm quite shocked by the quality of this bed. I'm not typically a review writer but I'm so please with this bed, especially for the price, that I couldn't not share. 

I have a West Elm frame I paid three times as much for that's not nearly as good quality. I love that this bed has a metal support bar running down the middle, which makes it feel very sturdy. Also, the design details are surprisingly well planned. The frame has two dowels that match up to two holes on the two sets of slats, making it easy to get the slats positioned correctly and allowing them to stay securely in place. (The slats are also connected by a velcro strip that attaches to the frame--genius!) The slats also have anti-slip tape to help keep the mattress in place.

Easy to put together on my own. Took me about 45 minutes, including 10 minutes of unpackaging (this thing was packed well!) Bed shown with 12" mattress so you can get a better sense of the headboard height.

Pleasantly surprised!

This is a fantastic wood bed frame. Quality is there. Style is clean. Directions were easy to follow. Just wish the headboard would adjust a bit higher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is sturdy and I assembled it myself.  The packaging was designed to protect the product which it did.  Because all the styrofoam sheets were wrapped in plastic,  it kept my house free of styrofoam, for which I was grateful.

high quality, easy to assemble

This is our second Zinus bed and both met our expectations. The experience assembling #1 made the 2nd assembly easier. I learned to be patient and to fully understand the directions before I followed them. We bought a mattress for the first but reused the mattress from the bed replaced by #2. Both work well on platform without a box spring. Thumbs up!

Thumbs Up!

I had every intention of slapping a five star rating on my purchase of the Zinus queen bed frame which fit my tight frame dimensions perfectly. The packaging was efficient and secure with necessary tools included, the extra nuts and bolts were appreciated and the frame was just as advertised. Assembly was proceeding smoothly until I got to the #10 rail when quality control clearly failed. One of the two connecting pins was cockeyed and fell apart when I tried to straighten it. I was able to fashion a crude alternative pin that sufficed. More importantly, the bottom of the rail was partially split, and in my opinion, shouldn't have been shipped out in that condition. I'll add pictures if form allows after hitting Submit.

Great Start / Weak Finish

Looks nice. Headboard is a little low but it's in our guestroom. Love the design.  Feels pretty sturdy.

Either the entire bed is off, or just certain parts. The headboard doesn't connect, it's too short across. The mattress supporting slats are too short to reach both rails. Of course, I bought the bed at the store with cash a few months ago. Took a while for me to get around to setting it up because it's for a guest room. And today, I find it is wrong and won't go together.
