I am wildly impressed by the quality of this bed frame. The instructions to get it assembled were not 100% clear, so that was annoying, but the actual quality of the product is chef's kiss. Wood is solid. It's stable, not wobbly. I'm considering getting my other kid the exact same bed frame. 10/10 would buy again.

high quality, easy to assemble

This is our second Zinus bed and both met our expectations. The experience assembling #1 made the 2nd assembly easier. I learned to be patient and to fully understand the directions before I followed them. We bought a mattress for the first but reused the mattress from the bed replaced by #2. Both work well on platform without a box spring. Thumbs up!

Thumbs Up!

I'm an experienced in putting Ikea furniture together, and the tool this bedframe came with was much better. the instructional pictures were not quite as good as the Ikea ones, but I managed to put it together all by myself. I think this one was easier to put together than an Ikea bed (a metal one) that I had put together. I did switch the last two steps (before putting on the slaps). Either way would probably be fine.

It looks great. Just like the picture online. The clearance below the side panel is 6 1/2 inches. There is an additional 4 inches once you get pass it.

I got this bedframe for hosting Airbnb, so I do not know how well it performs.

It even came with a ratcheting wrench to make assembling even easier. It fits our queen mattress perfectly and we love it! Great quality platform bed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed was an upgrade to the master bed in my rental property. I absolutely love the quality for the price. The bed came in a fairly heavy long box and everything was packaged nicely. It's extremely well made for the price and supportive of two adults. The design and color is so versatile I could see this leaning modern, contemporary, and vintage depending on the room decor and the bedding! The guests have zero complaints and repeat guests love the upgrade. I'll likely buy this for all future upgrades and additional rental properties as the value is there.

Beautiful Versatile Bed

I had every intention of slapping a five star rating on my purchase of the Zinus queen bed frame which fit my tight frame dimensions perfectly. The packaging was efficient and secure with necessary tools included, the extra nuts and bolts were appreciated and the frame was just as advertised. Assembly was proceeding smoothly until I got to the #10 rail when quality control clearly failed. One of the two connecting pins was cockeyed and fell apart when I tried to straighten it. I was able to fashion a crude alternative pin that sufficed. More importantly, the bottom of the rail was partially split, and in my opinion, shouldn't have been shipped out in that condition. I'll add pictures if form allows after hitting Submit.

Great Start / Weak Finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a bit overpriced but not by too much. I haven't set it up yet  but I've taken it out of the box. It looks alright from what I can see so far. The next step will be putting my mattress on it and laying down. Then sleeping will be the final test.

Well packaged, easy assembled, and great quality. Unfortunately, when my bed is full made the pillows are taller than the headboard. Bummer that the height of the mattress wasn't mentioned anywhere online before purchasing. Something to keep in mind if you have a preference!

Great Quality but Short Headboard

Reallllllly small. Queen mattress just barely fits on and slides around easily. Quality is also clearly very cheap, the "wood" is essentially plastic All in all this is Amazon Basics quality for like double the price. I would look elsewhere
