I have had this brand on my queen size mattress for the last 4 years. It hasn't lost its firmness, and I still love it.  We bought a twin mattress for the spare room that is not so comfortable. I just bought the topper for the twin, and I know I can trust the brand. 4" of thickness and joy to lay on top of! I looked all around, and this is the best price.

item requires 3 days or 72hrs of loft time, meaning you need to lay it out so it can reach full loft size (thickness):... there is a slight odor but it leaves after 24 hrs. this is a very good quality mattress topper, we are very pleased with this item, totally recommend and for the price this is a cheaper more memory foam offer than any other I found on this site so hopefully this helps you make your decision regarding what type of fit you are looking for. you will need deep pocket fitted sheets and mattress pad after adding this to your bed.

Love the support, fits great and non slip.  Not mushy like snow, really nice, love it!  If you have an old mattress you're trying to live with then you need this.   When I unzipped cover it fluffs back to life and is a hands width which is generally 4 inches so I was pleased that was true.

A month ago I bought the Zinus twin size mattress for the futon I made and am so impressed that I thought to give a mattress topper for my queen size mattress a try. It is, by far, the best mattress topper I have EVER bought. 

My queen mattress has developed a dip in the middle (though it's a hybrid), and is exacerbating my body pain. I've tried other less dense, thinner (and cheaper) toppers that were completely useless. This Zinus 4 inch queen size mattress topper is denser, firmer and more supportive. I slept so well last night without the back, hip and joint pain that usually causes me to toss about and wake crying! 

A suggestion for those who might have problems with the decompression process: Unzip and remove the topper's cover completely and allow the foam to decompress for at least an hour or longer. I found that on initial decompression time that the cover was preventing the foam to expand properly. Once I removed the topper's case and let the foam rest for over an hour, it finally expanded to the proper 4 inches that I'd ordered (queen size).  I put the padded cover back on (it will fit taut as it should), and situated my sheets, etc., and am very happy!

This 4" mattress topper is a blessing! I have a bad back and I am in constant pain with severe fibromyalgia. When I ordered this mattress topper, I had high hopes for relief from all of my aches and pains.
well, I am sleeping better than I have in a very long time!  This is the best thing I have ever done for me to be able to sleep without pain,!!

I already have a 10inch memory foam mattress but I wanted some added comfort. I'm pretty sure this is as close as ill get to heaven on earth. its like sleep on a cloud ☁️ absolutely recommend if you have back issues or body pain in general this is for you or if you just want some added comfort like myself worth every penny. investing in your sleep is investing in your health.

Excellent topper - I was waking up miserable each and every morning from sleeping on an older mattress. I finally gave in and decided to buy this one about a week ago. WOW 🤩 I have slept so well in the last week, I wake up rested, and with NO BACK PAIN 🙌🏻 easy to put on, has a zippered cover to wash, it's perfect. I didn't notice a smell of any kind, I took it out of the box, put it on my bed, and slept in it that night - AWESOME topper!

Why did I wait so long to buy this???

I got this to put in the back of a van for a road trip.  It worked perfectly in the Zevo 400.  Much better than messing with an air mattress.  My friend just threw it on their bed at the end of the trip.  So I am unsure how it worked and felt as an actual bed topper.  Wish I could have kept it for myself.

I bought a 4” previously., loved it bought a second one I am disappointed it's supposed to be 4” and it's not …..it's 2” ….. when it was folded and squeezed in the box it has a permanent bend in the middle that's not coming out… from being folded….it's either down the middle of the bed., or if you turn it …. It's right on lower back… really sucks !!!!!!     of course I can not get it back in the box so I'm stuck with it. I really really wanted the 4”…. I can't due anything about it… people should pay more attention when packing stuff for customers.

I bought this to replace an old mattress topper that was also made by Zinus. Item was received. Let it expand. it did equal the entire 4 inches. it seems well made. It was a bit firmer than I expected. I ended up throwing my OLD mattress topper on top of it to soften it. Those are minor gripes. The major gripe I have is it slides too easily. Usually when I get up at night it's a few inches off the bed. So I have to fix it at night, when I get up, etc. It's just annoying. No way this would fit in my car to get a refund. No way to get it back in the box. I am hoping that over time it will soften up.

Kind of disappointed.
